Weightless Terms of Use

Effective August 25, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Incensor AB.

Two things worth reading even if you skip the rest. Weightless is a planning tool, not financial advice, and its payoff dates are estimates built from the numbers you type in. Your subscription renews by itself until you cancel it in the App Store.

1. The agreement

Weightless is published by Incensor AB, org.nr 556999-9682, Onsjö 415 A, 305 91 Halmstad, Sweden. By downloading or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Weightless on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

3. Weightless is not financial advice

We are not a bank, a lender, a broker, a credit counsellor or a financial adviser, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to take, keep, refinance or default on any debt. The app arranges numbers you supply into a payment order and projects when each balance reaches zero. Decisions about your money remain yours, and if your situation is difficult, a licensed adviser or a non-profit credit counselling service can consider things the app cannot.

4. What the projections assume

The payoff dates, interest totals and "interest saved" figures are estimates. They are only as good as what you enter, and they rest on a deliberately simple model:

Real lenders differ. Some accrue interest daily, some charge fees, promotional rates expire, and a mortgage payment usually bundles property tax and insurance that never reach the loan, so a mortgage entered at its full payment amount will show a payoff date that is years off. The app warns you when it detects this. Always treat your lender's own statement as the authority.

5. Subscription, billing and cancellation

Weightless requires a paid subscription. Current plans:

Prices are shown in your local currency at purchase and may differ by country because of taxes and Apple's regional pricing.

Apple is the seller of record. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are granted at Apple's discretion under the App Store Terms of Service. We can help you with the app, but we cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, statutory rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence are not affected by these terms.

6. Your content and your data

What you enter belongs to you. It is stored on your device, not with us, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies: export from the app's settings before you delete the app, switch phones or reset the device. We cannot restore data we never had.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app entirely, we will give reasonable notice in the app so you can export your data.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with the app is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the mandatory consumer rights referred to in section 5.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend access if the app is used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service or other users.

10. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Weightless. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms conflict with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, Apple's terms prevail for the parts they cover.

11. Governing law

Swedish law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are heard by the courts of Sweden. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protections of its mandatory consumer law. EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
